  • TURAN MAKİNA PLASTİK BORU SİSTEMLERİ A.Ş. processes personal data that it can obtain verbally, in writing or electronically from channels such as factories and dealers, in accordance with the law, as the Data Controller, in order to carry out import-export, customs, production, sales, marketing and management activities and to ensure the uninterrupted progress of its services.

These requests can be made by filling out and signing the KVKK Data Owner Request Form during the application, together with identity verification documents (identity card, driver’s license, etc.); by applying in person to TURAN MAKİNA PLASTİK BORU SİSTEMLERİ A.Ş., by personally delivering it with identification documents to Sanayi Mah. Adıgüzel Sk. No:6 İç Kapı No:1 Pendik/Türkiye, by sending it to the said address through a notary public, or by sending it to turanas@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature.

If the requests require additional costs, the Company may charge fees in the amounts determined within the scope of the relevant legislation.
