PE 100 · PE 100RC · Ø 20–2000 mm
HDPE pipe fittings
PE 100 and PE 100RC fittings for water, gas, sewer and industrial pipelines, made in our Istanbul plant. Electrofusion, injection moulded, fabricated and KIT fittings, plus the flanges and adapters that connect PE pipe to steel and brass.
Three families of polyethylene fittings

Electrofusion Fittings
Couplers, elbows, tees, saddles and tapping tees with a built-in heating wire. The quickest joint to make in a trench and the usual way to connect services. Ø 20–1600 mm.

Injection & Confection Kit Fittings
Spigot fittings for butt fusion: injection moulded in standard sizes, fabricated and KIT fittings up to Ø 2000 mm, including non-standard angles.

PP Coated Steel Transition Flanges
Steel and PP coated steel flanges, PE–steel and PE–brass transitions for joining PE pipe to valves, pumps and steel lines. Ø 20–2500 mm.
View rangeWhat PE 100 means
PE 100 is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pressure grade with a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10.0 MPa. It is the standard material for water and gas pipe across Europe and in most other markets, and every fitting in our range is made from it.
We buy our PE 100 raw material from members of the PE100+ Association, process it in our own facilities and test the fittings in our own laboratory, covering density, melt flow rate, carbon black content, oxidation induction time and eight other ISO and EN methods.
PE 100 or PE 100RC fittings?
PE 100RC (resistant to crack) has the same strength as PE 100 and welds exactly the same way, but it holds up much better against slow crack growth from scratches and point loads. We supply fittings in both grades. For open-trench work on sand bedding, PE 100 is the proven, lower-cost choice. For directional drilling, pipe bursting, ploughing or native backfill, RC is the safer option.

Frequently asked questions
Are HDPE fittings and PE 100 fittings the same thing?
In practice, yes. PE 100 is a grade of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and almost all pressure fittings for water and gas are made from it. "HDPE fittings" is the general term; "PE 100" names the material class.
How are HDPE pipe fittings joined?
Spigot fittings are joined by butt fusion, electrofusion fittings with an electrofusion control unit, and flanged joints with a flange adapter and backing flange. We make the machines for both welding methods.
Do you make PE 100RC fittings?
Yes. We supply fittings in PE 100 and PE 100RC. RC fittings are welded with the same machines and procedures as standard PE 100.
Can you make a fitting that isn't in the catalog?
Often, yes. Confection and KIT production let us build non-standard angles, sizes and branch combinations up to Ø 2000 mm without a dedicated mould. Send us a drawing or the dimensions.
What pressure ratings are available?
Most fittings come in SDR 11 (PN 16) and SDR 17 (PN 10). Selected injection fittings such as caps and reducers are available up to PN 32. The pressure class for each size is in the product's dimension table.
