OUR TECHNOLOGIES
PE100+ RAW MATERIAL
Premium PE 100, PP and PVDF raw materials, procured from PE100+ Raw Material Manufacturers Union members and processed entirely in our own facilities.
CNC MACHINING
High precision CNC machining in our own facilities for accurate, consistent parts; CNC controlled welding machines calculate parameters automatically with original weld reports.
BUTT FUSION WELDING
Hydraulic butt fusion from Ø 63 up to Ø 1600 mm, welded in compliance with DVS 2207 for strong, leakproof joints.
ELECTROFUSION WELDING
Barcode controlled electrofusion with data logging (up to 4000 records) for traceable joints from Ø 20 to Ø 1600 mm.
INJECTION & CONFECTION
Injection, confection and KIT production of fittings from Ø 20 up to Ø 2000 mm, including specially produced combinations.
TESTING LABORATORY
More than 50 tests (hydrostatic, impact, leak and longevity) plus density, MFR, OIT and tensile per ISO / EN standards.
