An electrofusion coupler joins two pipes of the same diameter. Both pipe ends are pushed into the socket, and the heating wire moulded into the bore fuses the coupler to the pipe. It is welded with an electrofusion control unit: scrape and clean the pipe, position the fitting, connect the cables, scan the barcode and start the cycle.

Available from Ø 20 to Ø 1600 mm, PN 10-16. Material is PE 100 in SDR 11 (PN 16) or SDR 17 (PN 10), made to TS EN 1555-3 for gas and TS EN 12201-3 for water. The Dimensions & Codes tab lists every size with its product code.
