An electrofusion branch saddle is welded onto the outside of a PE main to create a branch outlet without cutting through the main. It is welded with an electrofusion control unit: scrape and clean the pipe, position the fitting, connect the cables, scan the barcode and start the cycle.

Sizes run from Ø 125-75 mm to Ø 1000-315 mm, PN 10-16. Material is PE 100 in SDR 11 (PN 16) or SDR 17 (PN 10), made to TS EN 1555-3 for gas and TS EN 12201-3 for water. The Dimensions & Codes tab lists every size with its product code.
