A tapping tee connects a new service line to a PE main. It is welded onto the main and its built-in cutter then drills through the pipe wall, so the main can stay in service. The body is moulded in a single piece (mono block). It is welded with an electrofusion control unit: scrape and clean the pipe, position the fitting, connect the cables, scan the barcode and start the cycle.

Sizes run from Ø 40-20 mm to Ø 200-40 mm, PN 10-16. Material is PE 100 in SDR 11 (PN 16) or SDR 17 (PN 10), made to TS EN 1555-3 for gas and TS EN 12201-3 for water. The Dimensions & Codes tab lists every size with its product code.
